Who we are
Findable Sites is part of the Findable Suite, a product of XXXIII Ltd., based in West Sussex, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information described on this page. You can reach us at buildme@findablesites.uk.
What we collect
When you request a free preview we collect only what you type into the form: your business name, your current website address (optional), your email address, and any project details you choose to share. We also store the date and time of your request.
Why we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to research your business, build your free website preview, and send it to you. We may follow up once or twice about that preview. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing, and we don't add you to a newsletter without you asking.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored in our secure hosted database, protected so that only we can read them. We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months, then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email buildme@findablesites.uk and we'll action it within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run third-party analytics that profile you. Only strictly necessary cookies needed to serve the site securely may be set — these don't require consent under UK rules, which is why you won't see a cookie banner here. If we add analytics later, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first.
